About Us

Los Regios Tienda Latina is a vibrant Mexican grocery store, bakery, and food destination proudly serving the Ashland, VA community. Open since 2022, the store offers a wide variety of authentic Mexican products. These include fresh warm tortillas, pastries, candies, party supplies, and unique custom piñatas.
In addition to its full grocery selection, customers love the flavorful tacos, tortas, tamales, Mexican street corn, and other freshly prepared foods offered through the store and food truck. Many locals consider Los Regios home to some of the best tacos in Ashland, especially the Al Pastor.
Owned by Teresa Lopez de Ocanas, Los Regios Tienda Latina has become an important hub for the local Latino community and a welcoming place for both English- and Spanish-speakers. Lopez is known for her community involvement, bilingual support, and dedication to serving Ashland families.
